Attorney Deana Holiday Ingraham has extensive experience advocating at all levels of government which give her the unique ability to keenly navigate the complexities of law and policy to help her public and private clients attain effective resolutions. In her over 15 years of representing public agencies, she has demonstrated her unwavering commitment to public service and impactful advocacy.
A proud alumnus of Florida A&M University (FAMU), Deana graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a double minor in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Deana attended Howard University School of Law as a Merit Scholar and served as the Executive Solicitations and Submissions Editor of the Howard Law Journal as well as a Research Assistant and member of the Child Advocacy Law Association and on the HUSL Admissions Committee. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, she later attained a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a Specialty in Child Protection and Juvenile Justice from Nova Southeastern University. Attorney Holiday Ingraham was admitted to the Georgia Bar in July of 2009, and admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2001.
Deana has represented senior citizens and advocated for the most vulnerable – children who have been abused, abandoned and/or neglected. She also has the experience of resolving and litigating cases, including administrative, bankruptcy, real estate, dependency, delinquency, education, entertainment and business matters. As Partner, Attorney Holiday Ingraham provides her experience in all aspects of legal representation, litigation and business to attain client-focused resolutions for Dreyer & Associates clients.
Among other professional associations, Attorney Deana Holiday Ingraham has been a member of the Gate City Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys. She is an esteemed member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and was named as one of “Atlanta’s Top 100 Black Women of Influence” in 2018, 2019, and 2023. She and her husband, Willie Ingraham, Jr., are the proud parents of their daughter, Nia Ingraham and reside in East Point, Georgia, where she serves as Mayor.
