His distinguished tenure as a former State Representative for the 59th House District of the Georgia General Assembly underscores his dedication to public service and advocacy, mirroring the zeal he applies in his legal practice. Serving clients across the Atlanta metropolitan area and Georgia, he leverages his extensive experience to achieve the most favorable outcomes for his clients.

A Georgia State University alumnus, David graduated summa cum laude, earning degrees in Religious Studies and Political Science, alongside the prestigious Student Leadership Award in 2001. His academic journey continued at Emory University School of Law, where he served as the Student Bar Association President and co-chair of the Distinguished Speaker Series, among other roles. Graduating with honors in 2004, he was also a recipient of the Dean’s Public Service Award, marking his early commitment to legal service and excellence.

David is admitted to practice before all Georgia State, Superior and Appellate Courts, and he is admitted to the United State Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th and 9th Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. His client base is diverse, ranging from multinational corporations to startups and individuals, each benefitting from his strategic, tailored approaches to their unique legal challenges.
